Phone orders can be placed Monday through Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm Arizona Standard Time (AST). We are closed on Sat/Sun and all major Holidays. Please allow up to 7 business days for all shipments to arrive unless otherwise stated. Additional time may be required for all factory drop ship items not normally stocked. All orders will ship via USPS or UPS/Fedex ground. Contact us if you need your order shipped Overnight or 2-Day Air. Extra charges will apply to Overnight and 2-Day air shipments as well as "heavy bulk" or "oversized" type items. Additional charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented side or corner, any tears or holes in package, immediately inspect contents of package for damage. If damage is found contact us and not the carrier. Do not destroy the package or box that the item shipped in. Please save it for return to us by requesting an RA# (Return Authorization).
Contact us immediately if your order has an error on it.
Shipping and Handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Auto Gear Direct charges sales tax for merchandise ordered and shipped within the State of Arizona.
All items returned must be accompanied by an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You can obtain an RA# by contacting us prior to returning any product back to Auto Gear Direct. RA numbers must be written on the outside of the box for identification purposes. Items must be returned unused in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of product cost based on the original price/terms on the invoice. Shipping and/or handling charges will not be refunded to the customer.
All returns are for store credit or refunded to the original payment method used on order (ie. Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX or PayPal).
Returns shipped COD to Auto Gear Direct will not be accepted.
